Facility Usage Requests

In order to utilize any Tulia ISD facility for non-school use, you must have your plans pre-approved by the district. Please adhere to the following steps to correctly submit a facility usage request.

**Effective as of July 1, 2023**


1st - Review and Agree to Board Policy GKD regarding TISD facility use.

(Please know that all district events are subject to schedule changes and will always take priority over your event.)


2nd - Read the Facility Rental Fee Tiers to identify your type of fee that will be associated with your request.

3rd - Read the Facility Rental Fee Schedule to identify the fee amount associated with your request.

4th - Print and fill out an application. (Click here to print an application --> Facilities Usage Form)


5th - Once application is filled out, please submit your signed request to Toby McDowell.
