Last night, the Board of Trustees formally announced Dr. Ricardo Garcia as the Superintendent of Schools for Tulia ISD.
Dr. Garcia is excited for the opportunity to build a premier district for the students of TISD and achieve new heights by focusing on "Every Student, Every Person, Every Day."
